NIIFF 2007

 NIIFF 2007 was organized with the following objectives;    

1.      Bring indigenous films from Nepal and all over the countries in one forum through this festival for interaction and discussion.

2.      Provide entertainment as well as information about world indigenous peoples' lifestyle, culture, and their worldview to audiences of festival.

3.      Make peoples to understand indigenous peoples' easily and make indigenous peoples issue wider generating interest, discussion and criticism screening films.

4.      Provide forum to indigenous filmmakers to show their skills, capacity and learning.

5.      Provide learning environment on indigenous issues and showcase them.

6.      Help to promote market of indigenous films.

7.      Promote and help in the development of indigenous films.

8.      Support in creation of cultural harmony among different societies.
